The 1200 West Broadway Building project includes the total renovation of four buildings from a day care facility into much needed office space. The combined buildings, buil in 1904 and 1927, have over 12,900 square feet of leaseable area. The building is zoned C2 and the parking lots are zoned OR2. The building renovation consisted of a new roof, new flooring, a new vertical lift, façade improvements, new mechanicals, new electrical, and the improvements to the parking lot.
This prime site is located in North Minneapolis at the intersection of Fremont Avenue and West Broadway.
