Cedar Ave. S. & Minnehaha Blvd.
A Caribou Coffee opened in 2007 in a former auto service station located in south Minneapolis. The property has an excellent location, as it is across the street from Minnehaha Creek, and a block from Hiawatha Golf Course and Lake Nokomis. The Ackerberg Group partnered with Urban Anthology to purchase and renovate the property.
A new neighbor to the north of the project assisted in the positive transformation of this corner. Grand Old Creamery purchased and renovated the former Dairy Queen, which opened in 2007.
