The Romy Building was repositioned and renovated in 1996. This professional office and retail building is located in Uptown. The building has since been sold.

3005 HENNEPIN BUILDING

After a fire destroyed an existing building, Norman Ackerberg built a two-tenant retail building with a Waldenbooks. It was demolished for Calhoun Square.

NOKOMIS CROSSINGS

COMPLETED - 2007

This adaptive reuse project will bring new life to a tired auto repair shop. This summer, residents and Lake Nokomis users will have a Caribou Coffee to enjoy.

C-Tech is a single-tenant, build-to-suit project in Paris, Texas. The Ackerberg Group acted as the developer, assisting in design and finance of the facility.
