The building is a block away from shopping and dining options, such as Punch Neapolitan Pizza and Tryg’s. Built behind the Lake Pointe Corporate Centre, the four-story apartment building was designed by BKV Group features below-grade parking while metal balconies, railings and bay windows that articulate the façade and emphasize the residential character of the building in concert with the surrounding community. The project was developed by The Ackerberg Group and Village Green Companies. Construction began in early 2006 and opened in summer 2007.
