Mike rejoined The Ackerberg Group in June 2005 after first joining the group in 1992. He is the team leader for The Ackerberg Group’s brokerage division and responsible for it's day-to-day operation.

His concentration is in the urban areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul with a specialized focus and i in the greater Uptown area of Minneapolis where he is recognized as Uptown’s expert. Mike’s experience in many different facets of commercial real estate coupled with the ability to deliver solutions to solve complex real estate problems and delivering superior service make him valuable to his clients. 

Mike currently serves as Treasurer to the Uptown Association and serves on the association’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors.  Mike has served on boards of the Lake Street Council, Sholom Community Alliance, Minneapolis Jewish Federation and Hopkins Royals Basketball Association.  His enjoyment of sports and interest in engaging youth has led him to be active in youth sports – often coaching and volunteering in his community.
