URBAN Traveler to relocate to Rainbow Building
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - URBAN Traveler, the Twin Cities' leading travelgoods specialty retailer, will relocate its longtime Uptown store in Calhoun Square to the Rainbow Building. Their new space, in the former Mozaic Condominium sales center, will continue to offer their travel-friendly apparel, quality travel accessories, handbags, and sturdy, lightweight luggage. The fifteen-time award winning merchant team of Linda Hashimoto and Willy van Dooijeweert has a deep understanding of their industry and a long history of providing high-quality customer service.
The move comes at a time when Calhoun Square is preparing for a major renovation. URBAN Traveler, which opened its Calhoun Square location in 1986, needed to relocate and opted for the Rainbow Building. The Ackerberg Group is proud to support local, independent businesses like URBAN Traveler.
